F27 Cargo
The first Fokker F27 was built in 1955 to replace the DC3.
Originally conceived for passengers, the cargo version F27-300 appeared around 1965.
Because of their success, the F27-500 was launched in 1968. After the production of 788 examples, the F27 was replaced in 1986 by the F50. A measure of the astounding success of this aircraft is its continued demand and popularity in today's market.
All FARNAIR F27 are registered within the European Union facilitating transit all over Europe (no traffic rights required).
FARNAIR currently operates 4 Fokker F27-500 with a wide cargo door (230cm x 178cm) and reinforced floor.
