Extensive experience in contracting ground handling and/or complex loading experience of advantage.
Extensive experience and network in obtaining traffic rights worldwide of advantage.
Key Accountabilities / Duties / Responsabilities
Ensure safety, security and regulations are complied with at all times.
Ensure on time performance by all reasonable possible ethical means.
Ensure economical use of all resources.
Ensure adequate communication / service level to customers.
Secure all necessary authorizations to conduct flights.
Arrange all necessary third party support to conduct flights.
Coordinate flight preparation with all involved within the company.
Prepare all necessary flight documents.
Supervise and coordinate all flights by ensuring proactive operation control at all times.
Dispatch relevant information regarding flights to all involved parties.
After flights ensure all necessary documents have been collected, prepare reports then send and file them appropriately.
Participate in administrative tasks as requested and / or required.
On top off training received, constantly monitor own knowledge by being attentive to what happens in the work environment.
If applicable train other staff.
If applicable directly supervise the Duty Officer.
Work outstation and on ramp if required.
